When starting European Specialists I thought of things that always bothered me when I was the customer: estimates that were always wrong (some 20% higher than quoted), poor quality, and not standing behind their work. Our finished totals are usually better than most of our estimates, we only use quality parts and I personally stand behind everything we do. If, for any reason, someone is unhappy I will make it right – whatever it takes.
Speaking of which, getting your car repaired or serviced is not something people really look forward to, but we try and make it the best experience possible. We have long hours and are open on Saturdays to better serve our customers. We are sensitive to people on budgets by giving them options on what needs to be done vs. what work can wait. I will be the first to tell you that we are not the least expensive repair shop around. However, quality and excellence do come at a price and a fair price is what we will always offer. We use top quality technicians, service advisers, tools, equipment and parts.
The only thing I enjoy more than my job is my kids. We enjoy camping, baseball, riding quads and dining out. Kellee and Danny are great kids and I am very proud of both of them. I also try to be active in the community, helping with school projects and plays, sponsoring and coaching Little League teams and donating to local schools and charities.
