Trust is probably the most significant human characteristic we rely on and extend to whomever or whenever we make a choice or decision, particularly one that has wider implications in our day-to-day existence. Entrusting our car to a repair shop is certainly a circumstance that stands out because our reliance on our vehicle almost and absolutely determines what we can accomplish (or not) that day or week. Tom Walker, the owner and master mechanic of Automotive Excellence is certainly a man Ive found to be worthy of such respect for his honesty, level-headedness, and knowledge of Saabs and (BMW I might add) always calms the mind and erases the anxiety typically associated with car problems. But going beyond that each encounter refreshes our faith in our fellow man. Saabs are great cars and our 92-9000-Turbo is certainly one for despite its maturity, it nevertheless performs as if it is still in its prime. But whenever it needed attention, I could not provide it, I call on Tom for help which he and his mechanics at Automotive Excellence never fail to deliver.
