I called to ask if I could have someone look at my issue (loose front bumper on 2007 Volvo S-60) and would be able to wait, not leave car. Angela was so helpful and pleasant, and she said to bring the car in, which I did. I waited about 30 minutes and Angela told me that the problem had been taken care of, and that there would be NO CHARGE! I was very relieved and thankful, and I feel that they are very responsible and knowledgeable especially about Volvos and other European cars. This was the second time I have had them troubleshoot a problem, repair it, explain what they did and what I need to keep watch for and do on my own.I recommend them highly, and trust their expertise and work. Thank you for your caring and help.

Garbage people and garbage service. They threw away the engine bay road guard on my handicapped car. It’s over $1000. Took them weeks to finally admit they did it. Then they sent me a $80 Chinese drop ship piece of garbage with no mounting hardware and expected me to buy the hardware and put it in myself. They don’t answer emails anymore because garbage people, garbage service. Don’t go here.
