Exceptional businesses deserve recognition, and Automotive Excellence definitely qualifies as exceptional. I've been bringing my Fiat here for service for a few years now after more than one disappointing experience at the dealership. I've had both routine maintenance and unexpected repairs taken care of at this shop. A few things I'd like to take a minute to share about this business: Their prices are competitive. I see the same techs and employees every time I'm there which means to me that the owner is taking care of his staff and treating them well. Low turnover. I love this. Speaks volumes. They stand behind their work. Very nice waiting area and restroom. Dunkin and diner next door if you have some time to kill. Very respectful and professional with appointments. I've never been left hanging or gotten annoyed. Car always goes in at scheduled time. If you live in CT and have a European car and you're still going to the dealership, but maybe you're ready to move on, consider giving these guys a try. Worth a drive from anywhere in CT in my opinion.

Excellent and trustworthy European auto repair. I've saved so much money thanks to Tom and Sean. I have a 2017 MB C300 4matic. There was a strong smell of fumes in my cabin, so Tom told me about the warranty hose fix which I had replaced at the FFLD location. MB insisted on conducting a thorough inspection, and they provided me with a quote and repair list for multiple items totaling almost $3,000. After reviewing my list with Tom and his team, it turned out that the repairs and maintenance that MB had stated I needed were either unnecessary or unnecessary at this time. There was no leak, so the most costly repair MB said I needed would have been $1,800. Tom clarified that there is some moisture in those areas. Tom and his team are very fair and professional, so I highly recommend them.
