The loaner cars definitely need upgrading. The one I got lost the ability to break on the way home. It was a miracle I didn't have an accident. They called a tow car , and took care of it, but it still ruined my day. Otherwise they did a good job.

Anytime your engine light goes on it's never a good sign but thank you John and Pat for making my experience less stressful by quickly assessing what repairs my Saab 93 needs and what my next service will entail. I would highly recommend any Saab owner who wants to hold onto their cars for a while to do yourself a favor and book your car service with European Specialists. They are "Affordable Excellence" for any European automotive needs and well worth the drive to have your car serviced with them.

European Specialists always provide excellent customer service and their mechanical / technical knowledge of my Volvo XC-90 is beyond reproach. I have had my vehicle serviced by them for 5 years. For 4 of those years I lived out of state and made a trek back because I don't trust anyone else to work on my Volvo. John is a very honest man and will not recommend anything that is not necessary. Had I known they are able to work under warranty I would have gone to them sooner.
