This is an excellent establishment with first-rate technicians. Tom is incomparable as a service coordinator.
The car was towed in with a brake problem with the big storm due that night. They did a great job and had it ready for us to pick up that evening before the storm hit. They were very good about explaining the problem and recommending a reasonable solution.
I have been a customer for 6 years now. John and his team have always taken good card of me and my Volvo!

The staff there are very friendly honest and no b/s they tell you what it is and how it's going to get done. They go out of there way to be very accommodating to your needs and schedule, to me that is priceless !!
