Perfectly efficient!

This was my first time at European Specialists, but was quite pleased with the work, the staff and the price. And as silly as it sounds, the waiting area was perfect! Comfortable, free wi-fi readily accessible, TV (if you choose) and plenty of magazines for all tastes. The shop is also so convenient to the diner, dunkin donuts, and even the movies if you have to wait out your service call. It really is those little extra's that make a chore a lot easier to manage.

Was definitely an amazing experience the staff was great and Angela was very understanding about the condition of my car and was on top of everything she is very kind and knowledgeable of the situation I will definitely come back if there are anymore isssues in the future and will recommend European Specialists to anyone that needs service on there car 🚙

Always a great value and amazing customer service

Ive had water pump / thermostat replaced and most recently my oil filter housing gasket replaced on my 09 335i with European Specialists and both times ive been 100% satisfied both in their work on my car and their customer service. They answer any and every question you have, always polite and their mechanics are professionals. I asked to have other aspects of my engine inspected as well as my engine bay detailed and cleaned and i could not have been any happier with their work. My engine looks like new! Will always have my maintenance done by them. Price is great as well! Definitely saved a lot compared to bmw dealership!
