I started coming here in 2004 with my 1989 Saab when they were still Swedish Performance. I have since added to my stable. When the factory warrant was up on my 2008 Pontiac G8 GT, I started taking her here too, and now my 2012 CTS. Right now they are doing extensive (extended) warranty work on my CTS. I bought the warranty to the suggestion of John Lear (forever missed). So glad I did. Right now it's paying for itself. They may be European Specialists, but I will forever trust them with every car I will ever own as long as they are still around. God bless Angela, Tom and crew for maintaining John's legacy.

I hadn't been here in a while as I had changed vehicles. I just recently had a problem with my Volkswagen and beginning with making the appointment to completing the service - it was 5 stars all the way!!!!

Was having a thermostat replaced under warranty on my 115k Avant. Tom sold me on replacing the water pump while doing the warranty replacement because the thermostat, for hopefully another 100k and pump come as one piece and they didn't want to separate. Thankfully only charge me half the labor extra (for replacing the conjoined piece). 15k miles later and the pump is shot again. They state its outside the 12k warranty and nothing they will do. Way to stand behind your product or your service! Update: Brought the matter back to managements attention and upon further investigation, they stood behind the product and the service to make it right. Hope they keep an open mind and don't just dismiss future issues.
