We are sorry you feel this way. We will once again display the facts of what happened to your engine and the failure that ensued. Originally we felt there was a small possibility that the engine failure was our fault, and in doing so assured you folks everything would be covered. After tearing down the engine we determined the failure was not our fault, in fact the engine failed due to a common BMW issue where the serpentine belt is sucked into the engine via the front engine crank seal. This belt caused the engine to lose oil pressure (which would have put a warning light on) and was obviously run for an extended period of time ignoring the warning light. We proceeded with the engine replacement and insurance claim as we valued you as a customer and empathized with your situation. There was no cost to you on an engine failure that was not caused by us; however you are still not satisfied? Your decision to ignore the facts of the failure is your decision; however it doesn’t give you the right to slander us across the internet. We will do anything within reason to ensure a customer’s happiness, however there is no helping an unreasonable request.
