Follow up to my previous negative review: This was my first visit to ES so I was cautious having not read the excellent reviews which were available to me as a consumer. So my Audi had multiple error codes. The folks at ES were trying the least expensive fixes first and I now understand why this took longer than expected. Ultimately the fuel pumps needed to be replaced (which they suggested during the initial review process) and now my car is running like new. I was given a loner vehicle and their repairs are warrantied. I would recommend ES.

Tom's breadth of knowledge is amazing, his explanations very thorough, and the options he presents you very thoughtful. He and the staff always take great care of me and my Saab.

The place seems very nice. Although I only had a regular oil change and new wipers put on my car, I thought the place was good. Nice clean waiting room. I will go back.

I am so happy that I found these guys. I live in Milford and have been looking for a good place to care of my Mercedes ML 350. Last week I got in my car and the power steering was gone, I called Mercedes of Fairfield thinking they would be able to help. Soonest they could see me was over a week. I contacted European and they said bring the car in anytime. I dropped my car off on Thursday night after hours, which was extremely convenient. I got a call by 9:30 the next day with what needed to be done, the price was reasonable and Bob was awesome to deal with. I wound up getting a bunch done and it was ready the next day. The car is running great and I now feel I have a great shop to go to.

Fast, professional, good work, and the owner's lounge is very nice! Free WiFi and comfy chairs are key.

Good experience with Angela, Bob and John. I took my car in without an appointment (12:30 PM) for a battery problem, It was diagnosed quickly and replaced. I had the car back on the same day by 4:30 PM. I've brought my wife's MINI in 3 times now for service and haven't been disappointed once. I've never had to bring the car back after service for any reason. A good group for sure. .
