I started going to ES with my 2004 Mini Cooper when Mini Service of Darien charged me for a service it never performed. I brought my Mini to John on the suggestion of a Saab owning friend of mine and was very pleased. Not only did ES fix the problem the dealership charged me for, but did so at a fair price. It's been about 4 years since that initial visit and my pleasure with ES remains high. I've also recommended ES to other friends who have been equally satisfied with their service.

First class repair shop that will truly go the extra mile!

I stopped in to schedule an oil change and they took my car in on the spot. After they made some recommendations that the car may benefit from but did not try to force me into buying anything. Offered previous appointments with a loaner car if necessary. It was a great experience and I will definitely go there for repairs and regular maintenance.
