Service was fine. I recommend that some vehicle checks be reflected on the customer paperwork vs. only on your work notes. Example, I want a records of brake pad wear and wish to have that info in my records.I was verbally told my rear brake pads had 70% left. My last service atthe dealership stated there was 40% left. ??? Who is correct ?

After 4 years of lousy and/or overpriced service I discovered John and Swedish Performance. I have been bringing my Volvo XC90 to him for 2 years and have been extremely pleased. There is no up-sell at SP. In fact John (or his staff) will tell me when NOT to spend money on a service. I now live 70 miles away and I still go to SP for every service.

Whether it's a routine oil change or major service, they are reliable, dependable, honest, and affordable. As for the big issues: when I was rear-ended 50+ miles from home, John & his staff coordinated repairs, insurance, rental, and took time to check on me. Their wonderful hearts give this company its soul!

Bob was AWESOME!!! Not only did he provide to the point answers, but he was diligent in providing an explanation as to the plan for getting my saaby out the door. European Specialist are not only experts in car care, but in client satisfaction too! Thank you folks!

Unknown noise - took me right away - fixed it!

They made every effort to fing me the best price for parts etc. Unexpected surprise...they were able to secure the convertible top down...no more leaks. Thanks!!!!!!!!
