An oil change these days is quite a bit more expensive than it was even just 5 years ago so it stings a little to do one now. I just had my full synthetic oil change at Swedish Performance and even though they are not cheap by anyone's standards, they do the little things that add tons of value.... Example - When I brought the car in, I mentioned the little plastic dummy fog light had gotten loose and asked that they take a look at trying to snap it back into place. I fully expected to pay to have this done.... They did it no charge. This little thing that probably took the tech 5 minutes to correct that would have taken me an hour to figure out was such a relief to have done and to tack it on no charge made the oil change a very satisfying experience. Suddenly, the oil change did not seem so expensive and the little bit if time the tech took to correct this little but nagging problem made me extremely happy. Swedish Performance takes the time to do these little detail things that make a huge good impression. Thank you.

This team enjoys a well earned excellent reputation. They are fairly priced and knowledgeable mechanics. I hilly recommend them. They do need to upgrade and/or clean up the loaner vehicle.

We were driving home to NJ from Boston on I-95 on June 15 when the car suddenly stopped and would not restart. We did't know where we were or what to do. The wonderful CT Highway Assistance Motorist Patrol suggested Swedish Performance, since they were near where we had broken down. So we called, and they said they thought they could help us even though we were driving a Mercedes. AAA towed us to them, and there we were, stuck and stranded in Branford at 2pm on a Wed afternoon. Swedish Performance was terrific! They told us to get a bite to eat at the Greek diner next door, and even gave us a discount card to use, while they looked at the car. By 3pm they had ascertained the problem (a failed electronic sensor which cut off the engine), and had called a nearby Mercedes dealer and ordered a replacement part. A little after 5pm they had us back on the road homeward bound. Swedish Performance treated us like a regular customer, even though they knew they would probably never see us again, and treated our ememgency as their own. We highly recommend Swedish Performance as they are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you to all the staff who got us back on the road again so promptly and efficiently! Ralph & Susan

We've been a customer for the past 5 years. It appears we had a rodent chew through our electrical connections in our Saab recently and had it towed to their shop. Many thanks for getting our car back on the road!
