An oil change these days is quite a bit more expensive than it was even just 5 years ago so it stings a little to do one now. I just had my full synthetic oil change at Swedish Performance and even though they are not cheap by anyone's standards, they do the little things that add tons of value.... Example - When I brought the car in, I mentioned the little plastic dummy fog light had gotten loose and asked that they take a look at trying to snap it back into place. I fully expected to pay to have this done.... They did it no charge. This little thing that probably took the tech 5 minutes to correct that would have taken me an hour to figure out was such a relief to have done and to tack it on no charge made the oil change a very satisfying experience. Suddenly, the oil change did not seem so expensive and the little bit if time the tech took to correct this little but nagging problem made me extremely happy. Swedish Performance takes the time to do these little detail things that make a huge good impression. Thank you.

I had a problem with my air conditioning unit for the past 2 years and had been given the run around by my dealership. I walked into the office, explained what was happening, waited while they did a check of the car and was told exactly what the problem was and that it could be fixed the next day. Brava! They listened, they explained, they solved the problem. Who could ask for more?

Received an oil change and was quick. I was in and out of there in about 45 min, which worked out perfectly. The best is that you get an automatic discount just by putting their license plate frames on.
