European Specialists was highly recommended to me by folks who's automobile advice I trust. This was my second time going to them and they made it very pleasant. My first experience last year was minor body work, which was wonderful and the lowest bid of three, by the way. Now that my BMW is off it's warranty, I prefer not to go back to the dealership. I may have had pampered luxury car service at BMW, but if you don't trust the advice and work they're doing, you're nowhere. On the other hand, the staff at ES is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable (with coffee and water, tv, computer and wifi) and if necessary, they could provide a loaner car or they would pick me up/drop me off. I think they even washed and vacuumed my car, just like BMW did. So for less money, I'm getting all the top quality services from folks that I trust my car with more.
