LOVE euro specialists....i bought a 98 volvo v70 awd on ebay....and got scammed....i would have not known it if it wasnt for the guys here....not only were they totally upfront they also acknowledged my issue and worked with me....my car sat there for weeks while i had to hash things out with my lawyer, the lot i bought the car from and them....they understood what was going on on my end and were gracious enough not to charge me for storage....if i can help it...i will not take my car anywhere else...

so far so good. had my first service there - just a routine oil change - but i also had a number of questions about other issues: nokian snow tires, extended warranties. people were pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. this is likely to become my go-to place for bmw service. 10 mos later- bought a warranty through them- haven't had to use it yet, so i'll see how that works. just had another routine service and, again, so far so good.

Bob, Tom, and the entire team at European Specialists exceeded any expectations while working on my Saab. I have had numerous shops and mechanics over three states attempt to diagnose and correct issues with the engine in the past, and after a single visit to European Specialists I was finally able to receive a comprehensive report on what needed to be repaired, along with fair pricing and excellent customer service. They are friendly, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable and skilled, and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs an expert opinion on their motor vehicle.

again, pleasant and professional service. i haven't had anything serious to deal with yet, so we'll see how it goes, but so far so good.
