I have been a customer of European Specialist for years and can't rave enough about their service and professionalism. They always inform me along the way as to the repair and cost associated. Nothing is a surprise - the service advisers contact me if an unforeseen element would alter the original estimate and await my okay before they proceed without authorization. Just recently I had them install ****** snow tires on my **** *** and I just want to note how pleased I am. John ( the owner ) said I wouldn't be disappointed and he was on the button. I travel about 750 a week in all kinds of weather and with this unusual harsh Winter, these ******'s have been a life and stress saver. Even in dry weather conditions, the handling of my auto has been outstanding. Slightly more expensive than my previous brand, but worth every dollar more. I just recently placed four snows on my wife's ****** and she has noticed the difference also. I will never again buy anything other than ****** tires.

I travel about 750 a week in all kinds of weather and with this unusual harsh Winter, these Nokian's have been a life and stress saver. Even in dry weather conditions, the handling of my auto has been outstanding. Slightly more expensive than my previous brand, but worth every dollar more. I just recently placed four snows on my wife's Toyota and she has noticed the difference also. I will never again buy anything other than Nokian tires.

John and his team are honest and thorough in their work. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get work done on my car. I can always trust their assessment and know that they will contact with me updates regarding the repair. They complete work in a timely fashion and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend the European Specialists team for any maintenance or repairs needed to be done on your vehicle.

I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. Most recently I took my Mini Cooper there to be serviced. I was extremely anxious about the whole ordeal because I'd already done my research and knew that I was likely facing a $2500 repair bill due to the specific issue with my car. Sure enough, they diagnosed my Mini and gave me the bad news. However, their Service Writer kept me updated every step of the way, and went the extra mile on a number of occasions giving me info on possible recalls in the future for my car, warranty coverage possibilities, etc. I felt like if I'd taken my Mini anywhere else I definitely would have not gotten the great service I'd had at European Specialists and I know I wouldn't have left with as much information I have now on my cars issues. All their staff were extremely friendly and very patient with me and my gazillion questions.

Very savvy staff, they are excellent at what they do. They were very accommodating and accomplished all 5 things on my list of car issues with a good and honest explanation for each issue. If you have a European car this is the place to go.

Brought in for a oil change and thought I needed new brakes. I received a call 2 hours later that my car was ready and the brakes still have 50 percent wear left. Thanks for the honesty!!!!!!
