I am so happy that I found these guys. I live in Milford and have been looking for a good place to care of my Mercedes ML 350. Last week I got in my car and the power steering was gone, I called Mercedes of Fairfield thinking they would be able to help. Soonest they could see me was over a week. I contacted European and they said bring the car in anytime. I dropped my car off on Thursday night after hours, which was extremely convenient. I got a call by 9:30 the next day with what needed to be done, the price was reasonable and Bob was awesome to deal with. I wound up getting a bunch done and it was ready the next day. The car is running great and I now feel I have a great shop to go to.

John and the guys at ES never disappoint. They always go above and beyond my expectations which at this point are very high because I've been spoiled by years of excellent service by them. Who thought having your vehicle serviced could be enjoyable? I certainly didn't until I found EC 5 years ago. Note: they are certified with the various manufactures and can service under warranty. Had I known that, I would have gone to them from the start and avoided the high prices and mediocre service from the dealership. Try European Specialists and you'll never want to take your vehicle anywhere else.

After no one in the area would touch my mini just for an oil change and kept telling me to go to the dealership, the folks over at European Specialists were able to help me. They went over my car for me searching for any issues. I expected there would be at least a few, but they found none. Got my oil changed, and ordered a new key. I figured a key would cost about $400, however the price they gave me was $149 which I found very reasonable. The place is very clean. I'm sure it needs to be considering who their clientele is. When shopping for someone to service my mini, I didn't expect some discount service, but didn't want to be overcharged by the dealership either. Although I've only been there once so far, I am extremely happy they exist and will be back again.
