Very helpful and honest.

Always friendly. Always reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable regarding my make and model. I would not take my Volvo anywhere else for service. Am planning on another 7 years of service from my 2005 XC90 and with the help of John and his crew I will make it. Moved out of state 3+ years ago and drive 150 miles roundtrip for service. No, I'm not crazy...they are that good! And they are dog friendly to boot :)

They know my car and recommended work that would have been scheduled in another 10k miles but saved me money by including it in the service I went in for because they would have had to undo a bunch of the scheduled service to complete this other component.

Great quality , service and very professional.

Fixed a problem the BMW dealer couldn't figure out. Dealer charged me $159.00 and told me I needed $2900.00 worth of repairs. European Specialists pin pointed the problem and fixed it for $890.00. Won't be going back to the dealer ever again!
