Went in for my normal lube oil filter and they noticed my serpentine belt was fraying, my headlight was out and my wipers were shot. They called - explained perfectly to my non-motor head the need and fixed everything the same day! They always look out for my safety and value my time.

The car was towed in with a brake problem with the big storm due that night. They did a great job and had it ready for us to pick up that evening before the storm hit. They were very good about explaining the problem and recommending a reasonable solution.

Having your car not start on a very cold New England morning is always frustrating but it's nice to know that you can get it towed to a reputable automotive specialist who can assess your aging european cars issues and give you straightforward feedback on the repairs needed at a decent price and turnaround based on the availability of the parts. It's a 40 minute ride for me but worth taking the extra time to get quality service done on my Saab.
