Thank-you to Angela, Tom & crew. AE detected the concern in my voice when I called Thursday about my brakes. They suggested I could stop-in early Fri. - "we'll take a look". After 2 test drives & a brake fluid change they determined I needed a new master brake cylinder. I was back at work by 9:30 a.m. (always a concern) w/ instructions to drive carefully & drop car for Monday. I was so relieved! I have been coming here for 5-6 years & the service is wonderful. When a problem is not clear or could have a variety of root-causes I appreciate the process of elimination they use as they diagnose your car's problem & offer the best fix. They KNOW cars. Thank-you for taking care of my Saab!

Angela at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Steve, of course, is always awesome. He originally diagnosed my problem on a previous visit. Tommy did the work today and was great. He replaced the part so fast! Everyone is always really nice here and explain everything in detail and answer my questions. I'm so grateful to have experts that I can trust and that know my car, my engine, etc. Thank you!
