Expeditious service despite the unannounced delivery of the disabled car over the weekend. Honest, as always, about what work was needed and what was optional.

Apparently I missed the email letting me know I needed to pick a different day and time. Well, I showed up at 7:45 am and I wasn’t in the system. However, they took my car in and serviced it without question. I trust European Specialists with my Audi Q5. It’s so hard to find someone you trust ! Thank you !

Put your trust in Tom and his team! The meticulous attention to detail is incredible here.They are thorough and knowledgeable in figuring out the issue. Once diagnosed, they really take the time to explain the problem, which is not typical at other facilities... usually you just get a bill with little explanation. The repair on my Audi was fast and fair. Angela and Tom were terrific to deal with. I won't take my cars anywhere else and you shouldn't either. Kudos!

Great service! Fixed my leaking tire that the tire shop couldn’t figure out.! Nice friendly staff.

Went in for oil change, informed about a small exhaust leak which they repaired with ease, i also question my tire pressure light coming on, they uncovered a cracked rim with am internal tire rip. If it was not for them it very well could of easily exploded on the highway as i was doing 65 which could of killed me. These folks deserve much more then 5 stars.
